Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Daily Grind OS ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Daily Grind OS provides operational software for independent coffee businesses, including SOPs, training, recipes, inventory, COGS tools, and checklists. Features may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Founder pricing of $49/month is limited to the first 25 operators and locked in for the lifetime of the active subscription. Basic is $79/month per location. Multi-location pricing of $99/month will be available in a future release. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founder pricing is forfeited if a subscription lapses for more than 30 days.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse-engineering, reselling without authorization, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, content templates, and brand, is owned by Daily Grind OS. You retain ownership of the content you create within the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
