1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Daily Grind OS isn't a fit for your shop, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll issue a full refund — no interrogation.
2. Monthly subscriptions
After the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime and you won't be billed for the next cycle. You'll keep access through the end of the current period.
3. Founder pricing
Founder pricing is honored for the lifetime of the active subscription. If you cancel and your account stays inactive for more than 30 days, founder pricing is forfeited.
4. Failed or duplicate charges
We refund duplicate charges or billing errors immediately upon notification. Contact billing@dailygrindoperatingsystem.com with your invoice number.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@dailygrindoperatingsystem.com from the address associated with your account. Refunds typically post back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Refunds are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your charge.
