Daily Grind Operating System ("Daily Grind OS", "we", "us") provides operational software for independent coffee businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and waitlist, and how we handle it.

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect information you provide directly: name, email, shop name, and number of locations. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited to keep the site secure and improve it.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to (a) communicate about early access, launch timing, and founder pricing, (b) respond to inquiries, and (c) operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted service providers (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting on our behalf, or when required by law. All providers are bound by confidentiality.
5. Data retention
We retain waitlist and contact information for as long as your interest is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the same discipline we ask operators to bring to their bar.
