Karyl Fritsche
Founder, Daily Grind OS
Karyl Fritsche founded Joe 2 Go in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, in 2020. As its owner and operator, she built the shop's workflows, recipes, training, inventory practices, and daily systems from the ground up.
She trained more than 150 employees before selling Joe 2 Go in January 2026. She founded Daily Grind OS to give independent coffee operators the practical systems she wished she had when opening her own shop.
